Sassy - Nov 18, 2019
Sassy was a "failed" foster dog. We brought her to our home in February of 2010. She had just had surgery at the Seattle Humane Society and we were to care for her for a brief period. However, she had other ideas. Sassy came in to the house, jumped onto the coach and we never looked back. Her first  [...]
Feather - Nov 15, 2019
Feather will always live in my heart and soul and I will forever be changed for the better because of her. A true gift from God taken too soon.
Spot - Nov 15, 2019
Spot was a good dog. He liked to be friends with everyone and enjoyed having his rubber chicken thrown to him and he would fetch for it all day. He also liked to sleep in the shower at night. That may sound weird but that is what he loved.
Khan - Nov 12, 2019
Khan was a beautiful Anatolian Shepherd with a mind of his own and a voice to argue about it. He desperately wanted to talk.
Darth - Nov 08, 2019
I rescued Darth when his owner died three years ago. He was an older cat and an alpha male, but we provided him with his own outdoor kennel, cat condo, and indoor heated bed. He seemed happy here, although I always though he would find the perfect home as an only cat.
We surely miss him.
Max - Nov 08, 2019
Max, our Basset Hound, was a great dog that was stricken with mouth/jaw cancer and, despite the best efforts of our vet, Walter Wethered, and the WSU Vet Center, he died before his time, two days after his seventh birthday.
Keely - Nov 07, 2019
Keely was almost 10 years old when she started having health issues and we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let her go. Before that she ran like the wind and acted like a 2 year old pup! She was a beautiful, faithful companion and we miss her everyday.
Princess Penelope “Penny” Meadows - Nov 06, 2019
Many people name their dog Penny, it happens to be one of the most popular dog names around. Our Penny was special, she was kind, protective, loyal and full of energy, but what Corgi isn't. No, our Penny was the best dog a human could ask for. She was spoiled rotten but that's what you get when  [...]
Annie - Nov 06, 2019
I adopted Annie through the Portland, OR, Humane Society. She was very ill with a respiratory infection and was sequestered in foster care in a local home. She was living with dogs and cats but she got along with everyone as she had the sweetest personality in the world! When we met, she was being  [...]
Liam - Nov 04, 2019
Liam’s name meant “Love I Am”. He loved everyone and was the sweetness boy. We miss his adorable face.
