Miss Beattle was 16 years 7 months old when she left this world. She was a great cat, always letting you know she was around. Her purring was the loudest I'd ever heard from a cat. She'd always meet me at the doorway when returning from work or from wherever I'd been. For the past 2 years, we had formed a routine while giving her fluids, medication, etc.
She loved to curl on the bed and melt in to the comforter. She liked to sit in front of the slider and watch the world during cold, winter days.
I'll miss her sitting on the edge of the patio, watching the wildlife on the lake during those warm summer days. When she'd had enough of that, she'd sunbathe on the patio and watch the world go by. She had such an accepting personality, always checking out who was around and making sure they knew she approved of them. Now she's gone and it has left such a void in my life. Her loss still brings a tear to my eye. She'll be forever missed. Good bye Miss Beattle, I love you. dad
