Jett was an important and well loved member of our family for eleven years. She arrived in a small package with a big heart. She was responsible for many household tasks. As official greeter, Jett welcomed everyone who came to the door with gusto. There was not a person she did not like. She assisted with the laundry, spare socks and stray underwear were her specialty. Where she excelled was in the kitchen, supervising any activity that involved food. In her spot at the end of the kitchen counter she waited until she was offered a piece of cheese or other tasty tidbit then she would spin in a multitude of circles until the snack was consumed. Jett was very attached to her people. She would follow them to the door to say goodbye and be there when they returned. She loved to sit in a lap and have her paws massaged and her ears rubbed. She gave endless doggie kisses and engaged in many tail wagging conversations. The house seems empty, but is actually filled with eleven years of joyful memories of a little dog with a big heart.
