Riley
We lost our best friend to a 15 month battle with cancer on May 30th.
Riley was a most amazing dog who touched so many people in a very positive
way! We could not begin to count the times in any given day he would make
us laugh or smile. The pain and emptiness we feel is still very difficult,
but it pales in comparison to the joy he gave us for 11 years, 8 months and
16 days. We were able to keep the tail wagging up till the very end and
that was our main goal ( aside from trying to cure him). The gain far
outweighs the pain and that's why we will find other buddy soon. We can't
say enough positive things about the WSU Vet Teaching school staff. They
are highly skilled and, of equal importance, very compassionate. The Pet
Memorial Program is very worthwhile.
