Hi!! I'm Cookie! Aren't I CUTE? Yes I'm very photogenic! I'll do almost
anything for you... lay upside down, be hugged for hours, fall asleep in
your lap, eat all your carrots... I'm so helpful. My humans love me a whole
lot. When I first came home, I got tons of names! Gumdrop, Coo-Coo, Kooky.
I'm reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally energetic! I like to run run run all the
time, 'specially when it's cold out in the morning. Then I crash flop on the
floor and pant for a while... and I'm up AGAIN! WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
My favorite nickname is "Taz", because I like to spin around in circles and
hop 2" in the air. Taz Topaz the Tasmanian devil, get it? Hee hee! It's
really exciting to run from one end of the living room to the other,
finishing off with my fabulous 180 degrees spin. Sometimes when I'm tired, I
throw myself on the floor and try to roll over like a doggy... but I guess
I'm not strong enough to do it!
I really like my chair. See me up there? I learned how to jump in it, so
it's all mine now, well, for now. Strangely, it smells like another rabbit.
I think it's Poppy's chair, I hope she doesn't mind. Too bad my humans won't
let me play with her. I'm sure she'd be nice. Even if she wasn't I bet I
could run away! Tee hee! I'm so fast. I run away from my humans and kick my
hind legs up at them as I run! Nah nah, nah nah nah!
It's fun to go exploring. I want to go EVERYWHERE! He he hee. I like playing
with the dust bunnies under the couch, but that makes my humans upset. Oh
well.
I'm pretty picky about my food. I like fresh grass, apples, and bananas, so
I eat pretty simple. I don't like lemon balm and yarrow like Poppy does.
Once I had an orange! Weird!
Did you notice how cute and loveable I am? I'm a Chestnut Holland Lop. We
Chestnuts have white tummies and chins, and the brown color is three-ringed
fur. Every "brown" fur is actually dark blue-gray, with black, then tan on
top! Pretty huh?
I learned a lot of tricks. I actually know my name! Yes, every time I hear
"COOKIE!!!" I associate that with "FOOD!!!" and come running! It's that
easy. I learned how to stand on my hind legs AND use the litter box when I
was only 7 weeks old.
