Bismarck
"Biz" served as a vital member of the Monroe Police Department with
courage, confidence, and stellar tracking abilities. His partnership and
devotion to Officer O. has been nothing less than excellent. We will very
much miss the humorous bond between the partners and the public safety
service they provided every day. Rest well Officer Bismarck ~ your sacrifice
and exemplary service will always be remembered.
