Spocky was our best friend and he will
always be in our hearts. I don't think it was coincidence that every day
after school, we'd get off the bus, and Spocky would be sitting there
waiting for us in the driveway. I'll never forget how he used to get up and
eat cereal with us in the morning. We would never be able to get Spock's
snaggletooth and how often he complained and whined, but he was always given
the Nursing Home treatment... but... he still complained, with his
snaggletooth. Spock was always the family protector, and for some odd reason
he especially hated the other orange cats. Whenever an orange cat was in
site, Spock would jump over chairs and run 100 miles an hour to slap any
orange cat that came around. Even in his teen years, as an elder, he still
went around owning the neighborhood and taking names. Now that Spock is
gone, my head feels so cold at night, because Spock slept on top of my face
just about every night. It made me so mad then, but now I miss him always
being there for me every night. (No matter what my brother Jake did to draw
Spock to sleep with him, whether it be catnip, my blankets, etc... Spock
always slept with me.... on my head). I know that Spock is having fun in the
nursing home for old farts in Kitty Heaven. We all love you Spocky and we
hope you know that we still think about you every day. You will always be in
our thoughts, hearts, and prayers. We love you Spocky.
