joy within

this tiny, ten pound dog.
Squirrely, whirly,
lovey-dovey,
little pile of hugs.
Silky black, tiny feet,
deep, brown eyes of love.
Three short years to hold him dear,
give him heart and home.
Physically gone, but always will belong
in our hearts and home.
