Ginger - Jan 03, 2017
Ginger was a client's cat. They were moving into assisted care and could not keep her. I was to find her a new home. She moved into our busy house of four dogs and two cats and became the guard cat. She guarded the pack from strangers, meaning anyone pet sitting for us. She was much loved and in  [...]
Scout - Jan 03, 2017
Scout was the kitten to my sisters cat. We got her at a few months old. She has always been a very sweet cat. At the age of 10 we started taking her to our cabin on Orcas Island from Seattle. She adjusted well to the car ride and enjoyed being on the island. She was 16 when we lost her. She had a  [...]
Sammy - Jan 03, 2017
Sammy was the most unusual cat I and my family have ever had. He was happy always. His whole goal for all of his 20-1/2 years was to get attention. He was a dog in a cat outfit. I truly enjoyed every minute of this incredible cat's very long life. He will be missed for the rest of my life.

He is survived by his Uncle Sydney and his Aunt Jelly.
Sunny - Jan 03, 2017
Sunny was my forever dog. He was the most intelligent and thoughtful creature I have ever met. He was always up for adventure. Being anywhere near the water was what brought him the most joy. We took him canoeing, kayaking, boogie boarding, swimming, and paddle boating. He was also very well He  [...]
Sassy - Jan 03, 2017
An awesome Heeler/Aussie cross who was my virtual constant companion for 16+ years. She came to me at six weeks and went to work with me every day all those years. Never did care too much for my horses, so a trip to the barn did not always include her. She was gentle with all kinds of rescue and  [...]
Squeaker - Jan 03, 2017
Squeaker was a true friend who always spoke her mind. We were so lucky to have the time we had with this sweet, sassy lady. She loved her rat friend and chin rubs!
Dixie - Jan 03, 2017
Dixie came to us at the age of about 2. She was born in Germany then brought to Michigan where a military family had her. They were getting stationed over seas and could not take her, so Dixie then got rehomed to my cousin. Well having 4 children and an English Bulldog was a handful. Since me  [...]
Athena - Dec 22, 2016
Athena was an imposing female Cane Corso - she weighed 140 pounds and had a huge head. Athena loved to sit on our stairway landing, where she could see everything going on inside the house. She barked with a huge and deep bark whenever someone was at the front door. So many times I would open the  [...]
Kirby - Dec 22, 2016
After having lost a Doxie a few months previous, we found Kirby in Doris, California 15 years ago.
She quickly became a huge part of our family. Two years after we got Kirby she rode with me to Spokane where we picked up her new sister, Winnie.
Winnie cuddled in my lap as we drove back home. sat  [...]
