A donation was made in memory of Lulu on
Dec 08, 2008.
Lulu was the sweetest, most adorable Bichon Frise that went through so much and always had a smile on her face. When she was 2 yrs. old she had bladder stone surgery. A t 8 yrs. old, she became paralyzed and needed cervical and spinal surgery with a 50% chance to walk again. Thank God, she walked just fine with a tiny stiffness in her hind legs. Agian she needed bladder stone surgery and then she got diabetes, needing insulin shots twice a day. The last couple years of her life, she was blind, but she knew her way around perfectly and all the time, she had a smile on her face. I miss her so much. The house is so lonely and quiet without her, but I have been told that once the sadness is over, I will remember with all the fondness in the world and I already do, but I miss her every day. She was really loved and my life was based on her needs and wants.
Lulu died on Nov.14, 2008 after suffering seizures. She was so loved that my whole life was built around her. Lulu had bladder stone surgery when she was 2 yrs. old. When she was 8, she became paralyzed and had to have cervical and spinal surgery with a 50% chance of walking. She walked, a bit stiff legged in the hind legs, but she was great. Then she got diabetes and had to have insulin shots twice a day and the last couple of years, she was blind. She knew her way around and you would never know that she was blind. With everything she suffered, she always had a smile on her face. She was the happiest little dog you could ask for. I miss her so much and know she will be waiting at the Rainbow Bridge for me.
