Sandy
A donation was made in memory of Sandy by Mark and Lisa Williams on May 27, 2022.
Sandy came to live with us in January of 2014 and we believe she was approximately 2 years old. Sandy took a while to warm up to us, but she came around and was a great family member.
She loved hiking, camping (chasing squirrels), and she never found a body of water that she didn't want to lay down in. She had the personality of a Golden Retriever and the stubbornness of a Chow Chow.
Sandy developed Cushings and we brought her to WSU for help. We can't praise the WSU Vet hospital for all their help, concern as well as working with our vet in our home town.
Sandy was a wonderful girl and we miss her very much.

Comments: Sandy came to live with us in 2014 when she was 2 years old. She was a great girl, loved to go camping and hiking, but her favorite thing was to lay down in a creek, river, lake or mud puddle. Sandy was a Golden Retriever / Chow Chow mix and was beautiful. We loved her spirit and she made us smile and laugh. Sandy lost her battle with Cushings and internal growths on May 10, 2022. She will always be in our hears. WSU was instrumental in her health care for the last few years. Thank you so much! She had a good life due to your care.
