Sakoia

A donation was made in memory of Sakoia by Rebecca Brown and the WSU VTH ECC and Soft Tissue Services on Dec 19, 2016.

Our Little Girl, Our Dolly, Sakoia, went to Heaven on the evening of Sunday, December 18, 2016. She will be deeply missed but always loved. Sakoia and I had a bond like no other. We connected from the day we met. I have never had a relationship or loved someone as much as I love Sakoia. I gave her my HEART and she gave me UNCONDITIONAL LOVE. It is very hard to not have her with me, but I know she is in Heaven where she can now see again and is no longer in pain. I think about it now and she was getting old, but never acted like it; even with being completely blind since the end of August 2016.

Sakoia was born January 11, 2004 near Ritzville, WA. Sakoia and I met in March 2004. The moment we saw each other we clicked. I just had to have her. She was the sweetest, most loving dog I have ever met. My mom asked me why the name Sakoia? She said Sequoia is a big tree. I said because she has a big heart and she did. I spelt her name Sakoia so it was unique, like her.

I am so blessed to have made so many wonderful memories with her and to have spent so much time with her. I will think of those memories daily and smile. She gave so much love and life to everyone she met. She will be forever missed.

Sakoia loved to go on the car rides to the doctors, even with her car anxiety. The only toy she ever loved and played with was her Bun Bun (toy rabbit). She loved rough housing and snuggling with her son, Rascal. Sakoia loved the water-she would play with the water hose moving it around the yard, loved swimming, and baths. She always loved her “pamper time”; Mommy bathing and blow drying her.

I look forward to the day that Sakoia greets me at the Pearly Gates of Heaven. We love you with all of our HEARTS Sakoia!!! You are now at Peace.

Love, Mommy, Papa, Rascal (her son), and Shadow
