Logan

A donation was made in memory of Logan by Christie Anderson on May 09, 2010.

Our dear, sweet Logan was a Border Collie / Lab mix. He was brown and white, with the sweetest, most beautiful blue eyes you have ever seen. He was our best friend and we will love him forever.

Logan first came to WSU to be treated for a brain tumor in April of 2009. Logan went through 3.5 weeks of radiation and we came home to Bellingham hoping for many more years with our boy. Unfortunately, it was during a follow-up visit to WSU in March, 2010, that he was diagnosed with Congestive Heart Failure, and a couple weeks later, with Lymphoma. Logan put up a good fight, and was such a trooper, but we said goodbye to him on May, 8th, 2010. He was 11 years old.

We are so grateful to everyone at WSU Vet Hospital for their loving care of him, and for giving us another year with him. We especially want to thank Dr. Christie Anderson, who took Logan under her wing and has always been there for us, to answer questions or just give us a “Hang in there!” We could not have done all we did without you Christie!

Logan is chasing bunnies and laying in the sun, pain-free and smiling. He was our “little boy”, the best dog ever. We love you Logan! Always.

Kerri and Rick L.
