Wuhan

A donation was made in memory of Wuhan by Doctors and Staff of the Queen Creek Veterinary Clinic on Feb 02, 2012.

For more than 15 years Wuhan was my best companion, confident, comforter and comedian. His brother Charlie shared that role for the first 12 years. Together we braved a hurricane; made moves from St. Croix to Alaska to Arizona along with several long-distance trips; fought a 4-year losing battle with my husband’s cancer and survived the isolation his death brought about. Through it all they gave me unquestioning affection, unending devotion, and comic relief. When Charlie died, Wuhan and I became inseparable. You couldn’t find one without the other regardless of the day, time or location. Wuhan and Charlie got me past my husband’s death, Wuhan got me past Charlie’s and I pray that time gets me past Wuhan’s. They are together again now, inseparable as they were in life. Enjoy yourselves my friends

Comments: I am so very sorry, my guy, that I let you down. I wasn't there when you needed me most and I will live with that for the rest of my life. You deserved so very much more. At the very least I should have been there to calm and comfort you and remind you of how completely you were loved. It is what you did for me your entire life. I miss you terribly, but am glad you are now with the best.
