Seven year old Oreo and his 'littermate sister' Pita came to live with us nine years ago. He was a quirky guy who spent much of his time hauling my shoes from one end of the house to the other. I am pretty convinced that the first seven years of his life was spent with dogs who taught him how to 'fetch'. He was always first to greet company, and had a sweet way of just reaching out to touch my arm while watching television, or to wake me up in the morning. He was very much my buddy and leaves a very big hole in my life, and heart.
