We rescued Teddy when he was around 3 years old. He was the most loyal dog we ever had. He was quite serious and took his job of protecting us very seriously. 2 years ago he developed an oral malignant melanoma and was treated by Dr Chelsea Tripp from Bridge Animal Referral Center in Edmonds, WA. We were very fortunate to be able to enroll Ted in a research trial - Application of Gold Nanoparticle and Photothermal Ablation Therapy to treat a recurrence of the tumor. The trial was going well and Ted tolerated the treatments. Sadly he developed a rapid decline and inability to use his back legs. Thanks to Dr Tripp for her care and expertise.
