Cody

A donation was made in memory of Cody by Doctors and Staff of the Riverview Animal Clinic on Oct 08, 2009.

Cody a Golden Retriver, always did things his own way. He didn't care whether you had just started to pet him or were stopping, he was growling at you. I miss his cold nose on Saturday and Sunday mornings, leting me know that I had over slept and his breakfast was late.

He also had a unique way of watching our Stir Crazy popcorn popper. As soon as it stopped popping he would come running into the living room to me because he knew the misses of the house was headed that way with the popcorn, where he always would get some.

Cody also had the ability, as good as any soccer player, to roll a tennis ball with his nose. He would roll that ball back and forth, flip it in the air, catch and then start all over again. He would even pretend the ball had rolled out of reach but as soon as you would try to get it, he had it with this "I dare you to take it look". we miss Cody a lot but we were lucky enough to have him for more than 14 years, so there are many good memories of him.
