Daisy Mae Reno as we affectionately called her was the sweetest dog we have ever had. She had a mind of her own and we often joked that she was actually a cat in a dogs body. She chose who and when she would cuddle with and it was always on her terms. The one special personality trait that Daisy had was that no matter how bad your day may have been, she was always at the door greeting you as you came home. Wagging that tail and jumping as high as she could. Even to the end she made every attempt to greet us as we came home, she could no longer jump, but she could still wag that tail showing us how much she loved us. Daisy was a very beloved member of our family and she will always be in our hearts and memories. We miss her greatly but we know that she is no longer suffering and has earned her long rest.
