Hayden

A donation was made in memory of Hayden by Dr. Prickett at Animal World Veterinary Clinic on Jan 13, 2025.

Hayden was a beautiful blonde Golden Retriever. He had a few nicknames. One being "Hayden the Haymaker" because during play sessions he adopted the famous boxing move as his own. "Poofy Bear" was a nickname that he would actually come to when I called him. "Love Hog" and "The Big Giant Head" were a couple of others. We were a little reluctant to bring him into our family because we had a slightly moody beagle. We weren't sure how it was going to work. Our beagle did not like Hayden at first but with some time, patience and Hayden's persistence he developed into a much calmer less moody dog. We credit Hayden for his transformation. Hayden never gave up on him. This is only one of the reasons that I continue to say that Hayden was one of the best decisions that I ever made. Hayden was a master aggravator. He would instigate and aggravate until he got what he wanted. Usually this meant tug of war or taking your socks. He loved to play in the water, go for rides, go for walks and aggravate anyone that was outside the fence line. He acted tough but in reality, he was a mama's boy and a little bit of a chicken. He loved his beagle brother (Aleck), and we all miss him so much. He left us too soon, but we are so grateful for the time that we had. Until we meet again Poofy Bear. Thank you for your love.
