Jet was brought into my life on September 17th, 2010. She was my baby, my best friend, more than just a pet. She was the most beautiful soul with big bright eyes, one pink toe & a kink in her tail. She had so much personality & so loving (mostly to her mama (me), & her Yaya (my mom).

Jet had helped me get through the worst parts of life, from loss of friends & family, to my own sickness & transplant journey. She was there for it all to listen, to soak up tears, to purring & snuggling for love & support.

I couldn't ever sleep without her & she liked to come get me for night night. She had a pillow of her own above mine she curled up on every night. If I was having a rough time, she'd stretch her paw down for me to snuggle against my face. She'd come into my arms & purr just to remind me why I don't give up.

I will forever miss her purring, her meowing, her soft fur under my fingers. I miss kissing her head & just listening to her. I still reach for her at night because 15 years was still not enough.

Thank you, Jet. For all the love, the laughs, warm days & cold nights. Thank you for being there for me every day & being the best friend I could ever have asked for. Mama loves you so much & always will.
