Precious
March 19, 2001-April 8, 2015
I rescued Precious from a junk yard. The minute I saw her, I feel in love with her playful, energetic personality. She had a heart shape on her head and another heart on her body that looked like someone took a bite out of it. Precious enjoyed going for walks. It was her favorite activity to do. She would drop a treat or a toy if she knew she could go on a walk. When you said, “walk” her ears would perk up and she would run towards the front door in order to go. Precious walked a mile and a half almost every day. She even walked a mile and half the day before she passed away. She loved people especially her family. She would so eagerly wait for her family to come home looking through the crack in the fence or out the window if she was inside the house. She was always there with her tail wagging showing/giving us vast amounts of endless love. If she actually had a long tail, she would have knocked over all sorts of things and probably injured a few people. Her hips tended to gyrate as she wagged her stubby tail. At Christmas, she enjoyed chewing up the bows on people’s gifts. She would randomly walk up to people’s gifts, pull the bows off of the gifts, and chew them up. Family would often give her the bows as they knew she had fun chewing them up. Precious was always by my side through all of lives’ high and lows. She always lifted my spirits. Precious enjoyed cuddling, snuggling on the furniture that she wasn’t supposed to be on (but we gave in on), eating treats, playing hide and seek, playing with toys, chasing birds, and singing with the noon whistle. Precious will remain in my heart and memories until we see each other again in Heaven. She is my Precious Baby forever and always.
