Spark was put to rest on March 25th after 8 1/2 years of living a joyful, active life. She was the beloved dog of Gail R. who was honored to be her Mom all those years.

Spark was the most joyous, loving special, sweet, awesome, good dog. All she ever did was offer love and kisses to everyone she met. Her purpose was to greet everyone who was a stranger and make them into a friend within seconds. We would sit outside on nice days at coffee shops and she would greet everyone who would walk by and make their day better.

Spark and I shared a strong spiritual connection that will continue to bless my life. She was the love of my life. My everything. Before she came into my life, I had been through some very difficult times and had given up on love and had closed my heart off. Spark not only opened up my heart, she brought so much love and joy and laughter to my life.

It helps me to know she is running around in another realm with no pain, joyous and kissing everyone within reach.

It was the hardest thing I have ever done to let her go but also the most loving and kind act I could have done for her. I promised her I would always take care of her and I did. My heart is broken but knowing she is in a better place will help me go on and keep my heart open.
