Foxy

A donation was made in memory of Foxy on Nov 17, 2015.

Foxy was a sweet gentle and loving girl. Every day was new and fun for her. She got so excited when she played in the snow and always ate lots of it too. She could be a home body and a bit of a couch potato, but was always up for an outing too. She enjoyed going to the park, for car rides and long walks. The squirrels in our yard would tease her, running on the fence every day. She would chase them and get so excited, then do the same thing all over again the next day. She loved her yummy treats and was an expert at being so cute that we couldn't resist giving her just one more. She knew high five and could even do a high ten, sitting on her haunches with both front feet in the air. She couldn't sit like that for very long, but she pulled that trick out as a last resort when she wanted one last treat before we put the bag away. She liked the companionship of her brother and sisters too and always seemed most content when the entire family was home. On September 21st at the age of 12 she left us, but she will always be in our hearts and we believe we will all be together again one day. Her passing has left a huge empty place in our home and family and we miss her very much.

We sincerely want to thank Drs. Linda Wood, Carrie McCorkle, Sherry Moore and all the staff at Wandermere Animal Hospital in Spokane WA for the wonderful care they gave Foxy and our family over the years. Their dedication, compassion and abilities are amazing and we're very grateful to them.

Janie & Mike S.
