Badger

A donation was made in memory of Badger by the doctors and staff at North Pole Veterinary Hospital on Dec 08, 2020.

Badger was sitting alone in his kennel at FBNSB Shelter, curled up in a little ball, and looking like a sad little potato. Little did I know that little potato would end up changing my whole world. We adopted Badger Walter when he was 9, and honestly, the connection with him was instant. He was my little shadow, my cuddle bug, and best anxiety relief I ever had. He was a truckers dog with his previous owner, and became our handsome couch potato once he was brought to his forever home. Always happy and ready for pets and food, he was far too precious as a good boy. Not a day goes by that we don’t wait for his collar to jingle as he bounces up the stairs, or wait for his bark as he tells the neighbor dogs who the real boss is. I will never understand how someone could drop him off at the shelter, but I am thankful they did. For it blessed us with all the love Badger had to give. From 9 years young to 13 years of adventures, I wouldn't change a thing.
