Kumate (aka Kuma) was our son, Jared's, dog but was adopted by us when he moved to Australia. She loved her 'boy' and was completely devoted to him when he came home for visits. But, she was our dog, also and brought us much joy, laughter, and love. Our son, Seth, living with us was very special to her and they had a close bond. She slept with him every night and was the first thing with him in the mornings. We will miss her always. She was funny, sometimes neurotic, thought she was vicious but was really a sweetheart and we will always love her and hold her dear to our hearts. Goodbye, sweet girl. Gone too soon but never forgotten.
