A donation was made in memory of Pumpkin by
Doctors and Staff of the Alpine Animal Hospital on
Jul 09, 2009.
Pumpkin was found abandoned and unapproachable at a local grocery store in North Bend, Washington. She had two litters in the wild before she was caught. One litter didn't survive and the other litter of six were caught and adopted out to good homes. We kept one of her daughters, a tortie named Condo, who lived to be 16 years old.
Pumpkin was a wonderful kitty who was a sun worshipper. She was extremely alert until the end of her life. Her body had given out. She had the best veterinary and home care possible and I know with that and her deep love for us and our love for her, she carried on well beyond a cat's normal life span. We were blessed to have her for so long and feel honored that we were her companions.
Rest in peace dear Punky. We will love and miss you forever.
