Floki

A donation was made in memory of Floki by Drs. Burhenn and King at Feline Medical Clinic on May 22, 2023.

Floki was a wonderful cat that we adopted from the Oregon Humane Society in June 2020 when he was 14 years old. He was born May 31, 2006. He had a wonderful personality and a gentle presence, interested in everyone and everything around him. He had a tongue that stuck out most the time and a tail that stood straight up when he ran around.

He had previously experienced some serious health issues but regained his good health as the result of the expertise of his veterinarians at Feline Medical Clinic. Later, he had more health issues and he passed away on March 13, 2023, after several stays at a local veterinary hospital. I imagine he is in heaven now enjoying good health and running around playing with his tail held high! We loved him very much, will never forget him, and will miss him dearly.

Comments: More highly skilled veterinarians are needed to care for beloved animals who are members of our families. Thankfully, with the help of pet insurance, we can afford the care our pets need. We are glad to be able to donate to the WSU College of Veterinary Medicine which trains future skilled veterinarians such as the ones that cared for our wonderful and unique cat Floki.
