Lou came to our family as a tiny Christmas present for my nephews and niece. He spent his first 4 years with them. When they couldn't keep him, he came to live with me and my dog, Hank. Hank and Lou were inseparable. I got the honor of being Lou's mom for over 11 years. He was my sassy sausage. My little man. For such a little guy, he's left a huge hole in our lives. But it helps knowing that he's back with his big brother, Hank.
