Matilda Peaches Butterscotch Pumpkin, aka Tilly, was a cat who knew her own mind. We brought her home from the feral kitten rescue and even at her tiny size, she put our dogs in their places. She loved snuggling (on her timeline), lying in the sun, and hunting rats (useful!) and birds (naughty!). She had a terrible meow, even when she was trying to say something sweet. We joked that she was incredibly funny but had no sense of humor. She lived to nearly 18 and we loved her so very much.
