Hunter, our chocolate brown standard poodle was with us for over 11 years before succumbing from lung cancer in 2024. Hunter was a polite, easy-going friend who loved to dog play all his life. Hunter seldom barked, unless you were a squirrel, and we never heard him growl. He loved his walks, the snow, the ocean, the woods, and watching the world go by. He was very tolerant of others including kids who showed him physical love. We have had dogs for over 60 years, and Hunter took the prize as the favorite. RIP!
