A donation was made in memory of Cc by

Cc was born February 22nd 2020, my family brought her home just after we moved into our first place together. She was the cutest thing, so tiny, full of spunk. She was very loved and loved doing absolutely everything.
Everyone who met her loved her, her Dr and the staff at her veterinary clinic loved seeing her. In the beginning of 2022, Cc began to show lameness in her left hind leg, we ended up doing a biopsy which then showed she had necrotic bone and we decided it was best to get that leg removed. We had the leg sent off to get tested and it showed that she had spindle cells, which indicated cancer of some sorts. We thought we were in the clear after removing her leg, so we decided to not to any further testing, and do some follow up scans at the end of the year. Before we could do those scans she developed some lumps/tumors that were concerning. We scheduled an ultrasound on another day to see what they could be, but when my fiancé dropped her off at her vet to get that scan done, he noticed a tumor formed in her lower jaw, pushing her teeth in all sorts of directions. Her Dr was very concerned that her cancer had returned. She did the ultrasound and found another tumor or mass located on her lymph nodes by her bladder. It was then we decided to make the very tough decision to put her to sleep. She wasn’t eating because of the tumor in her mouth, unless it was soft puppy food. I just wanted her to no longer be in any pain. When the day came, we played with her, showered her with love, fed her two steaks and she got a big chocolate cake. In the end I hope she knew how loved she was and we won’t ever find another dog like her.
