Jazz had just reached 20 years old when she passed away on December 17, 2011. During her 20 years as my constant companion, she made it known to everyone that she was not only independent, but the queen of the house. She was amazing and when it came time for her to leave me, with the care and the kindness from Chuckanut Veterinary Clinic staff, she left with every ounce of dignity still in tact. I will forever miss her.
