Dori came to us as a slightly older rescue at about 7 years of age. She was a truly gentle soul with a musical voice, so much she was also known in our circle as the infamous Doris Day. And had it not been for boredom while I sat in the bleachers of a boring ballgame, she might not have landed at our doorstep the following week. It was just meant to be. She was always the brightest light in our day and we will forever miss her joyful presence. We know you are with your friends and family over the rainbow bridge, with Emma always there keeping eyes out for you, sweet one. Missing you both every day.
