A donation was made in memory of Suzi by

We adopted Suzi Q after seeing her on the Old Dog Haven’s website. Her human had passed & the remaining extended family did not want her. We instantly fell in love with her from the 1st moment we met. She crawled right into our laps & sweetly gave and received affection to our delight. She came home with us right away, behaving as if she had always lived in our home with us as a family. She was a quiet girl with a sweet personality who also made us laugh as she dug around the blanket on her small dog bed and covered herself up in it with only her sweet little nose & oh so present eyes peeping out. We found out after our first visit with our wonderful Vet that Suzi Q had a heart murmur. Only a couple weeks later we went back to our Vet and discovered that our Suzi had an a rapidly progressive enlarged heart. We did not get to spend much time with this little One after we adopted her, but the little dog made a huge mark on our hearts and she will forever be missed & loved. We were thankful to have met & loved her so.
