A donation was made in memory of Darby by
Doctors and Staff of the East Mill Plain Animal Hospital on
Dec 14, 2009.
This is a photo of Darby, our Irish Terrier, shortly before he passed on. He is on his favorite perch at the window looking for something to chase in the back yard! Darby was a rescue dog that was deaf and had epilepsy. He truly had a cat's nine lives. Through the intervention of Dr. Lynn Spolek in Vancouver, WA, Darby was able to live five years longer than we expected. Darby was euthanised on Thanksgiving after suffering numerous seizures that could not be controlled. We miss him more than we ever thought possible.
