She was our sweet girl. She was a get along with everyone kind of dog. Our fur baby. With both of us being retired we spent lots of time and travels together. Throw in the pandemic and it was lots of time. Then IBD hit. Thank goodness for the very first time we had pet insurance . The IM doctor said it was one of the worst cases he'd seen. In the beginning he gave us survival odds and unfortunately she ran into that 1-2% that would not respond to medication and treatment. She was only 3 1/2 years old when we lost her. We're both devastated. She left a huge hole in our hearts. We will miss you forever Miss Maggie May. What we wouldn't give to look in those big brown eyes again. ❤
