Joe Risinger was found by a friend of my dad's in the cold streets in December of 2006. This was recently after we had our house burnt down and moved to an apartment. One day in December back when I was 7 and still grieving about my old house, my dad came home from work one day with a soon to be best friend of mine. Yes Joe Risinger walked in from the garage and smiled at me and instantly we both knew that this was going to be great. I was so happy to have a best friend of mine back when our family went through a tough time. I grew up with Joe, I played with him a lot and took great care of him. So did my sister and mom and dad. We soon moved and Joe adapted with the new home quite well. From December 2006 to August 3rd 2016 Joe was a great best friend. He always had "that smile" the smile that would always make your day no matter what you were going through. You couldn't just hug him and not "feel the love". He was a pain but through the good times and the bad he was always there for me and I'm sure he always will be. I will do the same as his brother.
