Comments: Kim, Brundle, and Adam: I'm so sorry that Jake is no longer with us. But, he was one of the lucky ones to live a long, happy, spoiled life with a family who truly love him. I can only imagine the pain that you are dealing with, but please take comfort in knowing that Jake was welcomed into heaven and is at peace! While I can't afford to give much, I absolutely must give something to a program that did so very much to help Jake! My thoughts are with you during this difficult time! Love, Justin
