Baxter, we called him Mitter. One of those nicknames that after years we didn’t even know where it came from. We described his personality as a combination of a chill surfer dude, eeyore & dopey. We couldn’t tell him this, but he had cat like qualities walking through our kids toys scenes & laying on top of anything you were working on. Playing a board game on the ground, Baxter was going to lay on it. Folding laundry, he’s going to walk through it & also lay on it. He saw & seized any opportunity to get a good meal in straight from the table when we were distracted. He enjoyed gingerbread houses & homemade pizza during his heist years. He welcomed our 3 sons after each of their births & was the gentlest sweetheart. But mail persons better watch out. He had a 100% success rate of keeping our home safe from every mail person since 2013. Rest easy, Mitter. You loved us so so well & we love you forever & ever.
