A donation was made in memory of Apollo by
the doctors and staff at Crestwood Animal Hospital on
May 15, 2017.
Our beloved Apollo was a retired champion male pug who came into our lives at age 3. He came blind and unable to urinate and we turned all that around over the course of two years with a very careful diet and tacrolimus eye drops. He died in our arms at age 15, beloved to the very end of time. His joy was unbridled once he could finally see, and he loved to bark at the birds and planes in the sky. He was a loving, loving angel to our Yolanda, Stargazer, Roxie Girl and Tweetie Pie, helping his rescued grumble gentle learn manners and companionship. Not one pug, not one, could out-nurse Apollo, especially with his Hello Kitty chew pillow. He was absolutely beautiful inside and out. He will always be our Podi.
