The care and patience the whole clinic gave us when we had to put our cat down was remarkable. They allowed me the time to get my daughter so she could say goodbye which lasted probably about 30 minutes. They explained the process very clearly to me and my daughter and gave us every chance to pause the process. They turned the lights off to create a proper environment to say goodbye and an easy way for us to let them know when we were ready to start the process. The follow up afterwards was incredibly kind and thoughtful. The whole staff could not have handled it better. Thank you. Sully and his sister Boo were saviors for my daughter during COVID. They helped with the feeling of isolation and anxiety. To give them a proper goodbye meant everything to our family.
