After 18 years on this planet, our cat Mickey died September 17, 2008. Mickey picked me as her human companion when she was abandoned at a vet clinic where I worked in Atlanta in 1992. She was a special cat, always in tune with her humans and offering extra comfort when we were in need of it. She was a tough cat in the last years of her life, enduring several chronic illnesses before succombing to cancer. We are truly honored to have been in her life. She will always be loved, missed, and remembered.
