I got Sadie when she was 3 1/2 months old. I was her 4th home. I called her a "doggie-on-the-go" because she always went everywhere with me and always voiced her opinion whenever I did leave her at home. She was notorious for stealing food. We were in a car accident one day. I knew she was okay because when I came back to the car, all I saw was her tail in the air and she was busy eating the dinner I just bought that had fallen into the passenger floorboard when we were rear-ended. She used her Bassett eyes to her advantage. She loved going to espresso stands and getting a treat. I'm pretty certain that she would just stare at the baristas to make them feel uncomfortable so they would give her another treat. She was the sweetest and most gentle (and stubborn) dog. I am so glad that I got to be a part of her life. I will treasure the memories I have of her. I love you Sadie! I miss you greatly ❤
