Zeki
A donation was made in memory of Zeki by the doctors and staff at Queen Anne Animal Clinic on Oct 24, 2022.
Our sweet, adorable, soulful Zeki left us on earth on October 4, 2022 and went to the next world, but he will always be with us in our hearts.
Zeki and I (Debra) have been together since he was 10 weeks old. We flew from Milwaukee to his new home in Seattle In September 2011. We became housemates with Lane and Sophie (a wire fox terrier) in the spring of 2012. Zeki was adorable when I got him and stayed absolutely adorable all of his lfe. Zeki and I were connected right from the start. Zeki was very loyal and enjoyed being the faithful guardian of our home where he brought joy and peace while displaying his immense curiosity, playfulness, (you should see his box of toys that he played with up until his last few days), patience and dignity. Zeki was a lover of cuddling and was a faithful caregiver who wanted nothing more than to be with Lane and me in our home, on a walk, at a coffee shop or out for a car ride. He wanted to be any place we went and waited patiently for us by the door when we left home. His dream job was to be a food taster or chef but he was skilled at keeping a watchful eye for nefarious activity in the neighborhood. We will miss Zeki always, but most importantly, we will cherish having him in our life forever. He will always stay with us our hearts.
