A donation was made in memory of Patches by

Patches was given to our family as a wee kitten by our Eugene OR pastor. We cherished her from the start - simply because she was an extension of our church family. She was a bundle of energy and love. She was mama's girl, but loved to cuddle the whole family. Any time dad would get up in the middle of the night and could not sleep; she was there on his lap to say hi. She was our 4th family member for 17 1/2 years. We valued the care of Feline Medical Clinic for all her needs. She moved with us from Eugene to Vancouver and became our only cat for many years when her sister passed on to the Rainbow Bridge. We took her on car rides, dressed her up for pictures as an Oregon Duck fan at PetCo. She is dearly missed. Her departure was too sudden and tragic. Tears still flow. But we know she is waiting for us at that Rainbow Bridge with her sister - Blackie - and we will see her again one day. Thank you to the Vet Medicine at WSU for having this service available. Thank you to Feline Medical Clinic for making a donation on Patches behalf. It is an honor to be able to say goodbye. We have a plaque of her footprint that will always be special to us. We miss you Patches girl - you'll always have a place in our hearts.
