Abercrombie Ann Fitch "Abby" was at the shelter because she had blue eyes, an undesirable trait for a Dalmation. My son and his girlfriend adopted her when she was a puppy. After a few years, it became obvious my son couldn't give her the attention that she needed. We had lost our dog in September and Abby came home for Christmas that year to stay. She probably had less intelligence than any dog I've ever had, but she was so sweet and gave us all joy with her silly antics. She was a puppy well into her second half of life but a great companion always.
