Pepper was born March 30, 2020 and joined our home when she was 5 weeks old. We spent all day every day with her as she grew and grew and grew. Pepper enjoyed life to the fullest, graduating Covid phase II obedience classes, taking lunchtime walks with her family, spending afternoons at the dog park playing with her dog friends and weekends at the cabin playing in the woods or at the lake. Pepper was extremely energetic and loved playing with a ball most of all. Pepper was a shooting star through our lives, so bright and full of energy she was amazing and lit up our world. Pepper caught a rare strain of bacteria outside of strains covered in her vaccination and contracted Leptospirosis. Pepper died on Feb 17, 2021 after 2 days in the emergency room. We loved her so much and miss the fun times we had, as well as the times we didn't get to have. Like a shooting star, she left our lives way too quickly, forever etching a spot in our hearts.
