Boots was an abused female Basset Hound. I got her late in her life. Her fear of men would cause her to run but never be aggressive. We found Canine Nosework and the growth in her confidence was astounding and she became, if not miss meet and greet, less likely to run when encountering men on walks.
She was so gentle and never barked, howled, or dug holes. I loved her and she seemed devoted to me. She is loved.
