Charlie was a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He wrapped his paws around my neck the first time I held him, and I became his. For 12 years he taught me about unconditional love, tireless companionship, and life's simple joys. I never tired of looking at his beautiful face, floppy ears, endlessly wagging tail and expressive brown eyes. I grieve his passing. Right now, I feel like there is a Charlie size hole in my heart. But I celebrate him and what he brought to my life. I will love and miss you Charlie Bear, always.
