Rocky was a stunningly sleek male ebony Oriental Shorthair cat that I became guardian of along with his litter mate/brother at the same time 17 years ago. They were inseparable from birth. Rocky’s brother continues to live with me and my husband but with grief and confusion regardless of how much love and doting we give him.

They were both true to their breed. A vocalist who performed together every morning at 8AM on the dot for breakfast and pets afterwards.

Rocky provided us with a lesson on how to give time for others. He taught us about the importance and reward of giving to others with laughter, love and companionship whether they were animals or humans.
